Philippine Passport
Please include old passport/s with used/previous Japan visa and visas in G7 countries (Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the United Kingdom, and the United States).
must be valid within 6 months until the return date and remove passport from the passport holder.
broken passport will not be accepted
newly issued passports must be signed on page 3 and must have at least two (2) blank pages left

PROCESSING TIME
Processing period is usually 5 to 7 working days after filing, subject to extension depending on the actual processing of the japan embassy and volume of visa applications.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
Bring ORIGINALS and PHOTOCOPIES of ALL required documents
Bring both your original old and most recently issued passport
Photocopies of the first page and last page of both the old passport and most recently issued passport are required. Photocopies of previous visas and immigration stamps from countries previously visited are required
Each applicant must have their own file. Please ensure that for Families with shared documents, you must provide individual copies of documents for each member
Fill-up your application form accurately. Indicate N/A for items that are not applicable. Do not forget to affix your signature on the last box of the application form
