Visa Fee (80 Euro, payable in PHP (40 Euro for applicants from 6-12 years; no fees for applicants under 6 years and for spouses or minor children of German or EU nationals)
Purpose of travel/stay (Copy of the travel itinerary - Detailed day-to-day itinerary of the planned trip.)

Proof of Identity (copy of passport and residence ID of the inviter)
Proof of Relationship (copy of PSA issued Birth Certificate if relative. If friends, pictures together.
Formal Obligation Letter from inviter in Germany (Original formal obligation letter from the inviter in Germany issued in Germany)

Visa fees for short stay 12 years and above (80 Euro) | PHP 4,890.00 |
Children between 6-12 years (35 Euro) | PHP 2,450.00 |

PROCESSING TIME
As a rule, the processing time of an admissible Schengen visa application should not exceed 15 calendar days. If further checks are necessary, the processing time may increase to 45 calendar days.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
Bring ORIGINALS and PHOTOCOPIES of ALL required documents
Bring both your original old and most recently issued passport
Photocopies of the first page and last page of both the old passport and most recently issued passport are required. Photocopies of previous visas and immigration stamps from countries previously visited are required
Each applicant must have their own file. Please ensure that for Families with shared documents, you must provide individual copies of documents for each member
Fill-up your application form accurately. Indicate N/A for items that are not applicable. Do not forget to affix your signature on the last box of the application form
