Visa Application Form With a Photograph (Schengen visa application form shall be duly completed, dated and signed by the applicant. To see the visa application photo specifications)
Travel Document (must be valid for a minimum of three (3) months after the planned journey, issued within the previous 10 years and have at least two (2) blank pages.)

Travel Medical Insurance
(Travel medical insurance must be valid for the duration of travel and cover the entire Schengen area. An applicant for a multiple-entry visa may provide an insurance policy, which is valid during the first trip. The minimum coverage of the policy must be 30 000 (thirty thousand) euros. The policy has to cover costs in case of sudden illness or accident and assistance on site, including the costs of medical repatriation to the place of permanent residence of the insured person or the repatriation in case of death,

PROCESSING TIME
As a rule, the processing time of an admissible Schengen visa application should not exceed 15 calendar days. If further checks are necessary, the processing time may increase to 45 calendar days.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
Bring ORIGINALS and PHOTOCOPIES of ALL required documents
Bring both your original old and most recently issued passport
Photocopies of the first page and last page of both the old passport and most recently issued passport are required. Photocopies of previous visas and immigration stamps from countries previously visited are required
Each applicant must have their own file. Please ensure that for Families with shared documents, you must provide individual copies of documents for each member
Fill-up your application form accurately. Indicate N/A for items that are not applicable. Do not forget to affix your signature on the last box of the application form
