Before making a reservation with HOLIBREAK TRAVEL AND TOURS, please carefully read these Terms and Conditions. They form a contractual agreement between HOLIBREAK TRAVEL AND TOURS and the CUSTOMERS from the time of booking. The person making the booking accepts these conditions for the entire group and is responsible for all payments. The purchase of any travel services offered by HOLIBREAK TRAVEL AND TOURS signifies the

CLIENT's agreement to the Terms & Conditions outlined here.

HOLIBREAK TRAVEL AND TOURS is a licensed Travel Agency in the Philippines, based in Marikina City, Metro Manila, Philippines. HOLIBREAK TRAVEL AND TOURS is accredited by the Department of Tourism (DOT), a member of the Tourism Promotions Board (TPB) Philippines, and a bonafide member of the Global Business Travel Association (GTBA).

Holibreak Travel and Tours operates in collaboration with travel service providers. These providers include airline companies, accommodation establishments, resorts, transportation companies whether by land or water, embassies, tour providers, travel insurance companies, government agencies like the Department of Foreign Affairs and Department of Tourism, payment gateway companies, and other relevant entities in the travel industry.

Holibreak Travel and Tours strictly adheres to the policies and regulations set forth by these service providers. This means that the agency respects the guidelines and conditions imposed by these providers, which cover a wide array of travel aspects such as booking, cancellation, rescheduling, refunds, and customer service, among others.

It's important to note that this adherence to service provider policies and regulations also means that Holibreak Travel and Tours has no authority to override these policies. Consequently, any requests or issues that fall under the responsibility of the service providers need to be addressed directly with them. This includes situations where a customer might want to bypass certain provider rules or make exceptions. In such cases, Holibreak Travel and Tours can guide and assist the customer in communicating with the service provider, but the final decision will always rest with the service provider itself.

Booking Policies

2.1. Flight Booking Policies and Conditions

  • Fares Quotation: All quoted fares by Holibreak Travel and Tours are for quotation purposes only and we do not have any existing booking or reservations to guarantee the fares. Fares are subject to availability and may change without prior notice. Seats and fares will only be guaranteed upon ticket issuance.

  • Fare Charges: All fares, including charges for changes, no-shows, or penalties, are subject to the conditions stated on the ticket and the policies of the respective airlines.
     

  • Applicable Ticket Taxes: All tickets issued by Holibreak Travel and Tours are subject to applicable airline taxes. The specific amount of these taxes may vary based on airline policies, the destination, and the current tax regulations in place. It's important for all travelers to be aware of this when planning their travel budget.
     

  • Philippine Travel Tax: Philippine passport holders traveling internationally as tourists are required to pay the Philippine Travel Tax of PHP1,620.00. Unless included in your ticket, you can pay the Philippine Travel Tax at the Tieza counter at the airport.
     

  • Payment: Please note that all payments should be settled in full prior to any booking or ticket issuance. This enables us to guarantee your reservations and make sure everything is in place for your travel. Proof of Payment must be sent to Holibreak Travel and Tours before we make any bookings or issues.

  • Mode of Payment: Holibreak Travel and Tours offer a variety of payment options for our clients' convenience. You can make payments via Cash, Gcash, Credit Cards, or Bank Transfers. Please be aware that all payments may incur additional bank fees for processing or convenience. Please note that for security purposes, we do not request your physical card or its details during credit card transactions. All credit card payments are processed as E-commerce transactions. This means that cardholders will input their credit card details and confirm the payment themselves.

  • Refund Policy:

    • Domestic Low-Cost Carriers (such as Cebu Pacific, Air Asia, Jetstar, etc.) and International Low-Cost Carriers typically do not offer refunds. Hence, Holibreak Travel and Tours adheres to the refund policy of these Low-Cost Carriers.

    • For Full-Service Carriers, refundable tickets are subject to applicable penalties depending on the fare restrictions and conditions of your ticket. For non-refundable tickets, no refund will be provided.

    • Refunds (if applicable), are not automatically processed unless Holibreak Travel and Tours are properly advised and authorized by the customers in writing. Without this, no action will be taken by Holibreak Travel and Tours.

    • The refund amount is calculated by the airline itself. This involves a detailed review of the ticket conditions and any possible penalties that may apply. Holibreak Travel and Tours may also impose a Refund processing fee of PHP1500.00 per refund transaction which will be deducted from the final refund amount of the airline.

    • Refund processing takes a minimum of 30 days to 1 year, depending on the airline’s refund policies and procedures.

  • Cancellation Policy:

    • Customers must notify Holibreak Travel and Tours in writing if they wish to cancel their tickets. Without this notification, Holibreak Travel and Tours will not take any action, and the ticket status will remain unchanged. Unused tickets will be marked as no-shows, and the entire ticket value will be forfeited.

    • Domestic Low-Cost Carriers (like Cebu Pacific, Air Asia, Jetstar, etc.) and International Low-Cost Carriers generally do not permit cancellations or provide refunds if the customer initiates the cancellation. However, if the airline cancels the flight, they usually allow rebooking without penalty. For Full-Service Carriers, cancellations are determined by the fare conditions of your ticket and may involve penalties if initiated by the customer. If the airline cancels the flight, they may permit rebooking without a penalty. Holibreak Travel and Tours adhere strictly to the cancellation policies of the airlines, whether they are Low-Cost Carriers or Full Service Carriers.

  • No-show: A passenger is deemed a no-show under the following circumstances:

    • The passenger fails to cancel their flight at least 24 hours before the estimated departure time.

    • The passenger successfully checks in for their flight but does not board the flight. Regardless of the reason, failure to board the flight after check-in is considered a no-show.

    • The passenger does not board the flight.

    • Unused tickets without cancellation notice from the customers.

    • When the airlines deem the passengers as no-shows.

  • If the passengers are considered as No-Show, the following will be applied:

    • Forfeiture of the Ticket: The entire value of their ticket will be forfeited.

    • Penalty Fees: There might be additional charges or fees applied by the airline due to the no-show status.

    • Cancellation of Return or Onward Reservations: If a passenger is a no-show for one leg of their journey, airlines often automatically cancel the return or onward reservations.

    • Loss of Frequent Flyer Points: The passenger may lose the ability to earn frequent flyer points for the flight they failed to board.

  • Rebooking Policy:

    • Rebooking requests or changes to flight times, routes, or dates are subject to the fare rules of the airline companies. They may incur equivalent fees and charges before any alterations are made. Depending on the type of ticket purchased, some tickets may not be eligible for rebooking. Holibreak Travel and Tours adhere strictly to the rebooking policies of the airlines, whether they are Low-Cost Carriers or Full Service Carriers.

    • Rebooking requests are not automatically processed unless Holibreak Travel and Tours are properly advised and authorized by the customers in writing. Without this, no action will be taken by Holibreak Travel and Tours.

    • Rebooking may incur additional charges from the accommodation establishment. Holibreak Travel and Tours also has a rebooking fee of Php1500.00 per room.

  • Flight Schedule Changes or Flight Cancellation: Periodically, airline companies may find it necessary to modify their flight schedules for a variety of reasons, such as changes in weather conditions, mechanical issues, or other operational factors. These changes might occur with or without prior notice to passengers. As a trusted travel agency, Holibreak Travel and Tours strives to keep our valued customers informed about these changes as promptly as possible. We rely on timely communication from the airlines to update our customers. If the airlines provide us with advanced notice about flight schedule changes, we make it a priority to relay this information to our customers, ensuring they can adjust their travel plans accordingly.

  • Airport Terminal: The airport terminal can be found on the ticket copy provided by Holibreak Travel and Tours. Passengers must check their terminal numbers and arrive at the airport before their scheduled departure time. Holibreak Travel and Tours will not be liable if passengers miss their flight due to not arriving at the correct airport terminal.
     

  • Baggage Allowance: Baggage allowance depends on the airline, route, and class of ticket purchased. Holibreak Travel and Tours will notify customers about whether their ticket includes baggage allowance prior to issuing the ticket. Excess baggage will be subject to additional charges. Oversized baggage is subject to acceptance and additional charges of the airline companies. Airline companies have the right to deny or accept your baggage.
     

  • Travel Credits: Travel Credits or Travel Funds are entirely managed by the airlines. Holibreak Travel and Tours strictly comply with the airlines' policies and procedures regarding these and cannot process them on their behalf. Although Holibreak Travel and Tours can help customers coordinate with the airlines, the ultimate decision lies with the airlines who may directly coordinate with the customers.
     

  • Check-In: Check-in times vary by airline and route. Please check with the respective airline for their check-in policy.
     

  • Travel Documents: Passengers are solely responsible for obtaining and ensuring that they have the correct and valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and other entry permissions required for their journey. This includes understanding the requirements for entering and exiting the countries they are visiting. Passengers should verify their travel documents well ahead of their departure to avoid any travel disruptions.
     

  • Insurance: We strongly advise that you secure comprehensive travel insurance before embarking on your journey. This insurance should ideally offer coverage for a range of potential scenarios including, but not limited to, medical expenses that may arise due to sickness or injury, loss of personal belongings or luggage, and unexpected trip interruptions or cancellations. Such coverage can provide a critical safety net in the face of unforeseen circumstances, helping to safeguard your personal belongings and ensure peace of mind throughout your travels.
     

  • Meals on Board: For Low-Cost Carriers, meals may not be included in your ticket. Customers might need to purchase or order them in advance. Full-cost carriers usually provide meals or snacks on board. However, this is still subject to the ticket's conditions and the airline's policies and procedures. Allergens may differ based on the ingredients used. Holibreak Travel and Tours cannot be held responsible or liable for any adverse reactions due to the food or drink intake of the customers. We strongly recommend that our customers carefully consider their food choices and strongly urge them to exercise caution when making their food choices during their journey. If you have food or drink limitations, we recommend that you consider bringing your own food for the flight, if permitted by the airline. This way, you will have full control over what you consume.
     

  • Face Mask and Hand Sanitizers: Bring a face mask and hand sanitizers with a maximum alcohol content of 70% and not bigger than 100mL.
     

  • Expect a long queue at the check-in counter and immigration. Be at the airport at least three (3) hours (for domestic) and four (4) hours (for international) before your flight's estimated time of departure. This early arrival will provide you with ample time to check in, go through Immigration and security, and navigate the new pre-departure procedures that have been put in place. Holibreak Travel and Tours will not be liable for any passengers who miss their flight due to late arrival at the airport, regardless of the reasons. It is the responsibility of each passenger to ensure they arrive at the airport with sufficient time to complete all necessary pre-flight processes.
     

  • E-travel System: For international departures, please make sure you complete the E-travel form before you depart and arrive in the Philippines.

Booking Policies

  • Accommodation Quotations: All quoted accommodations by Holibreak Travel and Tours are for quotation purpose only and do not have any existing booking or reservations to guarantee the rooms. Rooms are subject to availability and rates may change without prior notice. Rooms and rates will only be guaranteed once fully paid and reconfirmed.
     

  • Room Rates: All rates, including charges for changes, no-shows, or penalties, are subject to the conditions and policies of the accommodation providers.
     

  • Applicable Taxes and charges: All accommodations, once confirmed and reserved, are subject to applicable taxes and for some accommodations, cleaning charges. The specific amount of these taxes and fees may vary based on the accommodation, the destination, and the current tax regulations in place. It's important for all travelers to be aware of this when planning their travel budget.
     

  • Payment: Full payment is required to secure the rooms/accommodation requested. Proof of Payment must be sent to Holibreak Travel and Tours before we make any reservations or bookings.
     

  • Mode of Payment: Holibreak Travel and Tours offer a variety of payment options for our clients' convenience. You can make payments via Cash, Gcash, Credit Cards, or Bank Transfers. Please be aware that all payments may incur additional bank fees for processing or convenience. Please note that for security purposes, we do not request your physical card or its details during credit card transactions. All credit card payments are processed as E-commerce transactions. This means that cardholders will input their credit card details and confirm the payment themselves.

  • Check-in and Check-out Time: Accommodation establishments enforce policies for check-in and check-out times. Customers are expected to strictly follow these policies unless a prior agreement has been made with the establishment. Requests for early check-ins or late check-outs are subject to availability and could result in additional charges.

  • Rebooking Policy:

    • Any requests for rebooking or changes to the accommodation information including but not limited to dates or room types, as well as requests for upgrades or downgrades, are not automatically accepted. These requests are all subject to availability at the time of the request and may vary based on the extent of the change, the time of the request, and other related factors.

    • Rebooking requests are not automatically processed unless Holibreak Travel and Tours are properly advised and authorized by the customers in writing. Without this, no action will be taken by Holibreak Travel and Tours.

    • Rebooking may incur additional charges from the accommodation establishment. Holibreak Travel and Tours also has a rebooking fee of Php1500.00 per room.

  • Cancellation Policy for the Accommodation:

    • We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible within the constraints of our operations. If you need to change or cancel your reservation, please contact Holibreak Travel and Tours as soon as possible.

    • Cancellations are not automatically processed unless Holibreak Travel and Tours are properly advised and authorized by the customers in writing. Without this, no action will be taken by Holibreak Travel and Tours.

    • We strongly recommend that all clients carefully review their travel plans and ensure that they can commit to their booking before finalizing the reservation. This will help to avoid any potential misunderstandings or disputes in the future.

    • Reservation cancellations are subject to the Accommodation provider's policies, which may involve penalties based on timing and reasons. Penalties may increase as the reservation date nears. Some accommodations may offer more flexibility. Holibreak Travel and Tours strictly follow these cancellation policies.

  • Refund Policy for the Accommodation:

    • Some hotels may allow refunds provided that the cancellation is made within the specified cancellation period. The refund amount may vary depending on the hotel's refund policy.

    • For non-refundable bookings, no refund will be provided.

    • Refunds (if applicable), are not automatically processed unless Holibreak Travel and Tours are properly advised and authorized by the customers in writing. Without this, no action will be taken by Holibreak Travel and Tours.

    • The refund amount is subject to the hotel's cancellation policy and may involve a detailed review of the booking conditions and any possible penalties that may apply. Holibreak Travel and Tours may also impose a Refund processing fee of PHP1500.00 per refund transaction which will be deducted from the final refund amount.

    • Refund processing time depends on the hotel’s refund policies and procedures.

  • No show policy for the Accommodation

    A no-show is defined as a situation where a client does not arrive at the booked accommodation on the confirmed check-in date, and does not provide prior notification of any changes or cancellations to their reservation.

  • In the event of a no-show, the following consequences will apply:

    • Forfeiture of Booking: The entire value of the booking will be forfeited. This means that the client will not receive any refund for the accommodation, regardless of the circumstances.

    • Penalty Fees: Depending on the terms and conditions of the booking, there may be additional charges or fees applied due to the no-show status. These charges are typically non-refundable.

  • Security Deposit: Accommodations may request a security deposit upon check-in. This can be paid in cash or charged to a card for any incidental expenses. The deposit is paid directly to the accommodation. It may be refunded upon check-out, provided there are no incidental charges incurred by the customer.

  • Customers are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the accommodation and preventing vandalism or damage. Any damage to the room or accommodation property may result in additional charges to the customers. Holibreak Travel and Tours will not be held liable for any damages caused by the customers during the duration of the stay.
     

  • Accommodations are entitled to enforce a no-smoking policy within their premises to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests. Violation of this policy may incur penalties such as a cleaning fee. Additionally, establishments may levy other charges for services or facilities provided. The specifics of these charges can vary, so guests are advised to adhere to the accommodation's policies.

2.2. Accommodation Booking Policies and Conditions

  • Transportation Service Quotation: All quoted rates by Holibreak Travel and Tours are for quotation purposes only and we do not have any existing bookings or reservations to guarantee the rates. Rates are subject to availability and may change without prior notice. Transportation units will only be guaranteed once confirmed and fully paid.
     

  • Rate Charges: All rates, including charges for changes, no-shows, or penalties, are subject to the conditions and the policies of the transportation companies.
     

  • Applicable Taxes: All transportation confirmations are subject to applicable taxes. The specific amount of these taxes and fees may vary based on the fleet company, the destination, and the current tax regulations in place. It's important for all travelers to be aware of this when planning their travel budget.
     

  • Booking: Reservations for transportation service should be made 72 hours in advance to ensure availability. All details including date, time, pick-up and drop-off locations should be clearly specified in writing during booking. Confirmations will be sent once the booking process is complete.
     

  • Payment: Full payment must be made at the time of booking to secure the reservation. This guarantees the exclusive use of the transportation service on the specified date and time. All payments are acknowledged with official receipts. Proof of Payment must be sent to Holibreak Travel and Tours before we make any reservations or bookings.
     

  • Mode of Payment: Holibreak Travel and Tours offer a variety of payment options for our clients' convenience. You can make payments via Cash, Gcash, Credit Cards, or Bank Transfers. Please be aware that all payments may incur additional bank fees for processing or convenience. Please note that for security purposes, we do not request your physical card or its details during credit card transactions. All credit card payments are processed as E-commerce transactions. This means that cardholders will input their credit card details and confirm the payment themselves.
     

  • Cancellation:

    • Customers may cancel their booking up to 72 hours before the scheduled service time for a refund. This allows us to look for other customers. Cancellations made 48 hrs or less before the scheduled service time will not be eligible for a refund due to the short notice which limits our ability to fill the slot. Holibreak Travel and Tours may impose a cancellation fee of PHP1000.00 per unit.

    • Cancellation requests are not automatically processed unless Holibreak Travel and Tours are properly advised and authorized by the customers in writing. Without this, no action will be taken by Holibreak Travel and Tours.

  • Rebooking:

    • Any requests for rebooking or changes to the transportation service are subject to the transportation companies’ policy and are not automatically accepted. These requests are all subject to availability at the time of the request and may vary based on the extent of the change, the time of the request, and other related factors.

    • Rebooking requests are not automatically processed unless Holibreak Travel and Tours are properly advised and authorized by the customers in writing. Without this, no action will be taken by Holibreak Travel and Tours.

    • Rebooking may incur additional charges from the transportation companies. Holibreak Travel and Tours also has a rebooking fee of Php1500.00 per unit.

  • No-show: If a customer fails to cancel their booking and does not show up for their scheduled service, no refund will be provided. This policy is in place because the car service would have been prepared and made unavailable to other potential customers.

  • Changes: Any changes to the booking, including date, time, or location, must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges depending on the nature of the change.
     

  • Pick-Up and Drop-Off Location: In order to provide accurate transportation rates, Holibreak Travel and Tours require customers to specify their pick-up and drop-off locations. This information is crucial for us to plan the route and estimate the transportation cost-effectively. However, if there are discrepancies between the provided pick-up and drop-off locations and the ones that were initially agreed upon, please note that Holibreak Travel and Tours reserves the right to charge additional fees. This is to cover the extra cost of transportation that may arise due to changes in the distance or route. We encourage our customers to double-check the information they provide to avoid any discrepancies and ensure a smooth and hassle-free service.
     

  • Late Arrival: If a customer arrives late for their scheduled service, the transportation service will wait for up to 30 minutes. After this time, the service may be canceled with no refund provided and the customer will be considered a no-show. We therefore encourage our customers to be punctual to fully utilize the service time.
     

  • In Case of Breakdowns/Delays: In the unlikely event of a car breakdown, we will make every effort to provide a replacement vehicle. Given the unpredictability of traffic conditions, we strongly urge our customers to factor in potential delays due to traffic and give ample time for pick up and drop off. This way, even if traffic proves to be heavier than expected, there is less risk of disrupting your itinerary.
     

  • Driver's Guidelines: Our drivers are instructed to abide by road safety rules and regulations at all times. Customers are requested to respect this, and any form of intimidation or harassment towards the driver will not be tolerated. If our drivers violate any safety rules and regulations, please report it to us immediately by calling our office or emailing us at inquiry@holibreaktravel.com.
     

  • Damage to Vehicle: Customers are liable for any damage they cause to the interior and/or exterior of a vehicle on hire. We will charge the cost of such damages to the customer, including those caused by vomiting or any act of negligence.
     

  • No-show policy for the transportation service
    A no-show is defined as a situation where a client does not arrive at the agreed-upon pick-up location on the confirmed pick-up date and does not provide prior notification of any changes or cancellations to their reservation.

  •  In the event of a no-show, the following consequences will apply:

    • Forfeiture of Service: The entire value of the service will be forfeited. This means that the client will not receive any refund for the transportation service, regardless of the circumstances.

    • Penalty Fees: Depending on the terms and conditions of the booking, there may be additional charges or fees applied due to the no-show status. These charges are typically non-refundable.

2.2. Accommodation Booking Policies and Conditions

2.4. Activities/Tour Only Booking Policies and Conditions

  • Tours Quotation: All quoted tours by Holibreak Travel and Tours are for quotation purposes only and do not have any existing booking or reservations to guarantee the tours. Tours are subject to availability and rates may change without prior notice. Tour rates will only be guaranteed once fully paid and reconfirmed.
     

  • Tour Rates: All rates, including charges for changes, no-shows, or penalties, are subject to the conditions and policies of the tour providers.
     

  • Applicable Taxes and charges: All tour confirmations are subject to applicable taxes and fees. The specific amount of these taxes and fees may vary based on the tour, the destination, and the current tax and attraction regulations in place.
     

  • Other Charges: Detailed information regarding the inclusions of the tour, such as entrance fees, meals, transportation, and other potential charges, will be clearly communicated to the customers by Holibreak Travel and Tours through its quotation form or tour vouchers. Any charges not included in the inclusions are deemed as exclusions and must be paid in full before service can be availed.
     

  • Payment: Full payment is required to secure the service requested. Proof of Payment must be sent to Holibreak Travel and Tours before we make any reservations or bookings.
     

  • Mode of Payment: Holibreak Travel and Tours offer a variety of payment options for our clients' convenience. You can make payments via Cash, Gcash, Credit Cards, or Bank Transfers. Please be aware that all payments may incur additional bank fees for processing or convenience. Please note that for security purposes, we do not request your physical card or its details during credit card transactions. All credit card payments are processed as E-commerce transactions. This means that cardholders will input their credit card details and confirm the payment themselves.

    • Rebooking requests are not automatically processed unless Holibreak Travel and Tours are properly advised and authorized by the customers in writing. Without this, no action will be taken by Holibreak Travel and Tours.

    • Rebooking may incur additional charges.

  • Cancellation Policy:

    • Please note that all cancellations are subject to the specific policies of the tour provider involved. This means that not all cancellations may be automatically approved or accepted.

    • Depending on the terms and conditions set by the tour provider, there could be charges associated with the cancellation. These charges could be deducted from the original payment made.

    • The amount deducted could range anywhere from a certain percentage of the payment to the whole amount, depending on the stipulations set by the tour provider. Therefore, it is important to consider these potential charges before deciding to cancel your booking.

    • Cancellations are not automatically processed unless Holibreak Travel and Tours are properly advised and authorized by the customers in writing. Without this, no action will be taken by Holibreak Travel and Tours.

    • In the event of any cancellations, Holibreak Travel and Tours will impose a 20% charge on the total amount of the tour. This charge is implemented to cover the costs associated with the time and resources spent on arranging the tour and to compensate for the potential loss of other business opportunities due to the canceled booking.

  • Refund Policy for the Accommodation:

    • Some tour providers may allow refunds provided that the cancellation is made within the specified cancellation period. The refund amount may vary depending on the hotel's refund policy.

    • For non-refundable bookings, no refund will be provided.

    • Refunds (if applicable), are not automatically processed unless Holibreak Travel and Tours are properly advised and authorized by the customers in writing. Without this, no action will be taken by Holibreak Travel and Tours.

    • The refund amount (if applicable) is subject to the tour provider's refund policy and may involve a detailed review of the booking conditions and any possible penalties that may apply. Holibreak Travel and Tours may also impose a Refund processing fee of PHP1500.00 per refund transaction which will be deducted from the final refund amount.

    • Refund processing time depends on the tour provider’s refund policies and procedures.

  • Force Majeure: Holibreak Travel and Tours retains the right to cancel tours due to force majeure events or other unexpected circumstances. In these situations, Holibreak Travel and Tours will liaise with the Travel Service Providers to explore possible refunds or travel credits.

    Force majeure events include:

    • Natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, hurricanes or fires

Interacting with wildlife can disrupt their natural behaviors and may place you at risk. Refrain from picking plants and flowers as well. Remember that we are merely visitors in their habitat, and it's crucial for us to minimize our impact. Holibreak Travel and Tours emphasizes that we are not responsible for any injuries arising from inappropriate interaction with animals.

    • Minimize waste and litter. Dispose of your waste responsibly and recycle whenever possible.

    • Save water and energy. Turn off lights and unplug electronics when not in use, and avoid wasting water.

    • Support local businesses and communities. This can be done by purchasing local goods or using local services.

    • Report any environmental damage or irresponsible behavior you may witness during your tour. By doing so, you help us maintain the quality and sustainability of our tours.​

  • By choosing to participate in the tours, guests willingly acknowledge and accept all potential risks associated with outdoor activities. These risks could include but are not limited to, personal injury, damage to property, exposure to the elements, and other unforeseen hazards commonly associated with outdoor exploration and adventure. Holibreak Travel and Tours, as a service provider, will not be held accountable or liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the tours.

  • Group Quotation: All quoted tours by Holibreak Travel and Tours are for quotation purposes only and do not have any existing booking or reservations to guarantee the tours. Services are subject to availability and rates may change without prior notice. Services and rates will only be guaranteed once fully paid and reconfirmed.
     

  • Group Rates: All rates, including charges for changes, no-shows, or penalties, are subject to the conditions and policies of the travel service providers. Group rates are typically negotiated by Holibreak Travel and Tours with the travel service providers.
     

  • Applicable Taxes and charges: All service confirmations are subject to applicable taxes and fees. The specific amount of these taxes and fees may vary based on the scope of the service, the destination, and the current tax and attraction regulations in place.
     

  • Other Charges: Detailed information regarding the inclusions, such as entrance fees, meals, transportation, and other potential charges, will be clearly communicated to the customers by Holibreak Travel and Tours through its quotation form or tour vouchers. Any charges not included in the inclusions are deemed as exclusions and must be paid in full before service can be availed.
     

  • Payment: Full payment is required to secure the service requested. Proof of Payment must be sent to Holibreak Travel and Tours before we make any reservations or bookings.
     

  • Mode of Payment: Holibreak Travel and Tours offers a variety of payment options for our client's convenience. You can make payments via Cash, Gcash, Credit Cards, or Bank Transfers. Please be aware that all payments may incur additional bank fees for processing or convenience. Please note that for security purposes, we do not request your physical card or its details during credit card transactions. All credit card payments are processed as E-commerce transactions. This means that cardholders will input their credit card details and confirm the payment themselves.
     

  • Rebooking Policy:

    • Any requests for rebooking or changes to the service are not automatically accepted. These requests are all subject to availability at the time of the request and may vary based on the extent of the change, the time of the request, and other related factors.

    • Rebooking requests are not automatically processed unless Holibreak Travel and Tours are properly advised and authorized by the customers in writing. Without this, no action will be taken by Holibreak Travel and Tours.

    • Rebooking may incur additional charges.

  • Cancellation Policy:

    • Please note that all cancellations are subject to the specific policies of the travel service providers involved. This means that not all cancellations may be automatically approved or accepted.

    • Depending on the terms and conditions set by the travel service providers, there could be charges associated with the cancellation. These charges could be deducted from the original payment made.

    • The amount deducted could range anywhere from a certain percentage of the payment to the whole amount, depending on the stipulations set by the travel service providers. Therefore, it is important to consider these potential charges before deciding to cancel your booking.

    • Cancellations are not automatically processed unless Holibreak Travel and Tours are properly advised and authorized by the customers in writing. Without this, no action will be taken by Holibreak Travel and Tours.

    • In the event of any cancellations, Holibreak Travel and Tours will impose a 20% charge on the total amount of the tour. This charge is implemented to cover the costs associated with the time and resources spent on arranging the tour and to compensate for the potential loss of other business opportunities due to the canceled booking.

  • Refund Policy:

    • Some tour providers may allow refunds provided that the cancellation is made within the specified cancellation period. The refund amount may vary depending on the travel service provider’s refund policy.

    • For non-refundable bookings, no refund will be provided.

    • Refunds (if applicable), are not automatically processed unless Holibreak Travel and Tours are properly advised and authorized by the customers in writing. Without this, no action will be taken by Holibreak Travel and Tours.

    • The refund amount (if applicable) is subject to the tour provider's refund policy and may involve a detailed review of the booking conditions and any possible penalties that may apply. Holibreak Travel and Tours may also impose a Refund processing fee of PHP1500.00 per refund transaction which will be deducted from the final refund amount.

    • Refund processing time depends on the tour provider’s refund policies and procedures.

  • Force Majeure: Holibreak Travel and Tours retains the right to cancel tours due to force majeure events or other unexpected circumstances. In these situations, Holibreak Travel and Tours will liaise with the Travel Service Providers to explore possible refunds or travel credits.

  • Applying for tourist visas. We liaise directly with the respective embassies or its authorized visa processing centers on behalf of the customers.

  • As part of this service, we may request your personal details (please see our Privacy Policy) and other documents that are necessary for the application. All personal information is handled with utmost privacy and confidentiality.

  • It's important to note that all visa applications are subject to the policies and procedures set by the embassies. These policies can vary and are beyond the control of Holibreak Travel and Tours.

  • The decision to approve or deny a visa lies solely in the hands of the embassy. As a service provider, we don't have any influence over this decision.

  • While Holibreak Travel and Tours cannot and will not guarantee visa approval, we are committed to providing comprehensive assistance throughout the application process. Our aim is to guide you through every step and ensure your documents are compliant with the embassy's requirements.

  • All payments made related to visa processing are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable, irrespective of the circumstances. This is due to the administrative and operational costs associated with visa application procedures, which are incurred regardless of the outcome of the application.

  • Some embassies, depending on their policies, may require applicants to appear in person for photo and biometric collection. They may also ask questions to clarify details of the application.

  • On occasion, embassies may request additional documents that are not listed in their standard requirements. It is crucial for the visa applicant to comply with these requests and submit the necessary documents promptly to avoid any potential delays or complications in the application process.

  • Visa processing time can range from as short as seven working days to as long as thirty working days, depending on the embassy's rules and procedures. It is the responsibility of the customer to account for this when applying and allow ample time for their visa to be processed.

  • Holibreak Travel and Tours strongly recommends customers purchase other travel services such as flight tickets, accommodation, tours, transfers, and other services only after receiving feedback on their visa application from the embassy. Holibreak Travel and Tours is not responsible for any purchases made prior to receiving visa feedback.

2.2. Accommodation Booking Policies and Conditions

2.7. Travel Insurance Booking Policies and Conditions

  • Booking: Generally, you can book travel insurance anytime before your trip starts. However, to get coverage for pre-existing medical conditions or for situations known when you book, you should purchase insurance within a certain number of days from your first trip payment.

  • Coverage:

    • Travel insurance may cover incidents like trip cancellation, trip interruption, medical emergencies, emergency evacuation, baggage loss or delay, and more. The exact coverage will depend on the policy you purchased.

    • Nonetheless, it's important to be aware that travel insurance companies may refuse to provide coverage for, and reimbursement of, situations that are deemed to be self-inflicted. This includes situations where a traveler chooses to engage in activities that are inherently risky such as bungee jumping or skydiving, or decides to visit locations that are known to be war-stricken or generally unsafe. As such, travelers are advised to carefully consider the potential risks and implications of their actions and decisions during their trips.

  • Cancellation: A travel insurance policy can only be canceled for valid reasons, such as visa denial. In such cases, you must provide a copy of the denial letter for the insurance company to consider your refund request.

  • Claims: If you need to file a claim, it's best to do so promptly. You'll need to furnish supporting evidence like medical records, police reports, receipts, and so forth.

  • Always ensure you read the policy document carefully to understand its terms and conditions. This includes coverage, exclusions, and the cancellation policy. Please note, Holibreak Travel and Tours will not be held responsible for any denial of claims by travel insurance companies.

3.2. Check

Must be made payable to Holibreak Travel and Tours. Payments through check are considered paid once cleared.

3.3. Credit Card

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and JCB are accepted. A corresponding surcharge shall apply depending on the type of credit card used.

3.4. Cash

Cash must only be made to the Holibreak Travel and Tours office located at 26 West Paz St. Sta. Elena, Marikina City.

3.5. E-wallets

Gcash and Maya are accepted for payments of less than Php 50,000.00. Gcash and Maya details will be sent once you agree with the proposal or quotation.

3.6. Money Transfer from International Bank

International bank transfers can take 5-7 business days to process or longer. Currency rates depend on each bank. All bank charges including intermediary bank charges for the transfer, are to be borne by the Remitter and the full invoice amount must be credited to the Holibreak Travel and Tours bank account.

3.7 All bank charges, including those incurred during the processing of payments and international transfers, are to be borne by the customers. This includes any charges or fees applied by the customer's bank or any intermediary bank involved in the transaction process.

Terms of Payment

Force Majeure

Holibreak Travel and Tours is not responsible for changes due to events beyond our control. These include changes imposed by the rescheduling or cancellation of flights by an airline, unexpected technical or maintenance issues with transportation, war or threat of war, riots, civil unrest, industrial disputes, natural disasters, poor weather, terrorist activity and its consequences, nuclear disasters, fires, adverse weather conditions, epidemics, and pandemics.

Holibreak Travel and Tours shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage or delay due to any act or default of any hotel/accommodation, airlines, restaurant, tour operator, company or person rendering any of the services included in the tours. Further, Holibreak Travel and Tours is not responsible for any loss, injury, death, harm, or delay due to weather, strikes, acts of God, acts of terrorism, or any other cause beyond its control.

Behavior Policy for Tour Participants

All participants on our tours are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and considerate manner. This includes:

  • Respecting the local customs and traditions of the places visited.

  • Treating all members of the tour group, including the tour guide and tour coordinator, with respect.

  • Not engaging in any illegal activities.

  • Not causing any damage to the places visited.

  • Ensuring that they are on time for all scheduled activities to avoid inconveniencing the rest of the group.

  • Failure to adhere to this policy may result in removal from the tour.
